I am writing this letter in support of F.A.S.T. (Family Adolescent Straight Talk). I feel that the establishment of such services to help adolescent in the community are of great importance. Based on my experience there is a serious shortage of programs in the community addressing adolescents who are struggling with issues ranging from substance abuse to depression. I have worked with Mr. Jim Harkins and his staff for a number of years and feel that they are very dedicated to helping individuals as well as family members deal with difficult situations.
