Also, he is a Certified Employee Assistance Program Counselor through McMaster University. His expertise and proven program success has helped him forge close working relationships with school teachers and principles, police officers and social workers, medical professionals and agencies providing similar youth, adult and family programs, and parents who's youth are struggling with substance abuse. His expertise has also directly contributed to the outstanding success in the programs since incorporation. |

| Penny Smith has a Masters in Social Work, is a registered member of the Ontario College of Certified Social Workers and has significant experience with addictions and mental health, particularly related to youth. The social worker has also been operating the Parent Watch program for the past 9 years, and information and support group for parents of adolescents at risk. She has an extensive back ground in working with high-risk adolescents and experience in research, community development and child sex abuse. She has been a school social worker for 15 years specializing in the provision of clinical services to secondary school students, offering individual, group and family work, as well as program development. She has led many groups dealing with relationships, drug use, body image and family conflict issues. |

| Susan comes to us through her own recovery from 22 years of spousal abuse from her alcoholic ex-husband. While running a daycare centre for young children for 16 years, plus raising her own 2 children, she then entered into her own treatment, after completing her recovery Susan became a very valuable volunteer in our company. In the year 2000, going to full time staff, Susan enrolled in McMaster University for addiction studies working towards her certification as an Addiction Counselor through the Canadian Counsel of Professional Certification. |
